Last week we shared with you that a status conference on the U.S. vs. Mississippi mental health lawsuit was scheduled for October 2 at 9 AM via video, but we were unsure if there would be public access to the conference.
Judge Carlton Reeves issued the order below on September 22.
“The status conference scheduled in this case for October 2, 2020, at 9:00 A.M. will be conducted by videoconference. Members of the public may listen in by dialing 877-336-1829 and entering passcode 3608939#.”
This case has important implications for Mississippi’s Mental Health System. Listening to the conference is an opportunity to learn more about the case and its progress.
