Preparing for work is a big step in the journey toward adulthood. For youth with disabilities and their families, this is often a time filled with questions, challenges, and uncertainty. Join us for a four-part Introduction to Work series.
Introduction to Work: Work and Disabilities
Tuesday, December 5
11 AM – 12 PM
In session one, we will explore skills and information that help parents, youth, and professionals know where to start and what to work on in their journey toward employment. We will discuss the importance of self-advocacy and what families can do to help youth and young adults prepare for the workforce.
