The Social Sciences Research Center at Mississippi State University shared an exciting opportunity for families of young children and others working with young children to learn from and support each other. We encourage anyone interested to register for the April 17 information session about Early Childhood ECHO.
Here is what they shared:
EC ECHO is a virtual learning community where early childhood (EC) specialists, professionals, and family members share knowledge to promote the behavioral and developmental health of young children aged birth – 8 years old.
EC ECHO works well because it is collaborative, convenient, and 100% free for participants! EC professionals and families join online sessions to share real challenges and receive immediate help from each other and highly qualified EC specialists (child psychologists, social workers, therapists, etc.). This All Teach. All Learn. approach recognizes each participant’s value and encourages community. Moreover, session times and topics are designed based on participants’ input to ensure successful outcomes.
