The Mississippi Early Childhood Association (MsECA) and United Way of Southeastern Mississippi are partnering to host “Bloom and Grow Family Fun Day,” a training and resource fair for children with all abilities.

Parents and educators of children with special needs are especially encouraged to attend. Attendees will have access to training, free developmental screenings, and vendors providing valuable resources for families and early childhood providers.
