Building Protective Factors to Buffer Stress and Promote Parent Well-being
Due to COVID, over the last year, many of us have had to adapt our lives in uncertain circumstances. We have had to rely on supports and social connections, learn new ways of communicating and moving in the world and take on new roles and tasks. All of these changes can be overwhelming. But they have also helped us to build resilience and rely on our strengths as family members and as individuals. This webinar will explore how we can nurture and replenish ourselves. Using the Strengthening Families™ Protective Factors Framework as a lens, we will identify practical self-care strategies that help us build protective factors that help to buffer stress and promote well-being.
Hosted by the National Early Childhood Family Network (NECFN) in partnership with
The Family-Run Executive Director Leadership Association (FREDLA).
