The impact of trauma is life-changing.

In today’s world, we are having more conversations about the impact
of trauma and how to help people heal. Children are entering foster
care at an alarming rate and the number of licensed foster homes is
declining. We need solutions to this ongoing problem.

I wanted to create a learning experience that brings together all
those who care for our most vulnerable.

The goal of the conference is to bring together the parents and
caregivers, professional and support staff, educators, and advocates to heal through understanding using trauma-informed strategies.
