The Interagency Coordinating Council for Children and Youth (ICCCY) is designated in state law to oversee and coordinate Mississippi’s System of Care for Children’s Mental Health. Its members are also designated in statute and include the leaders of the state’s child-serving system, families, youth and an array of other stakeholders. All meetings are open to the public and include the opportunity for public comment. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per person.
