Mississippi Parent Training & Information Center Project

Mapping Dreams: The Transition to Adulthood is a training that introduces families to concepts of transition planning. The training provides strategies for what parents and youth can do to help plan for the student’s transition from high school to adult employment, postsecondary education or training, and independent living.
