The Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC)
The Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC) is required by federal regulation to advise the Division of Medicaid about health and medical care services. Among others, the committee must include “Members of consumers’ groups, including Medicaid beneficiaries, and consumer organizations”
