Each week in July we have shared information with you about school re-opening. This week we ask you to share information with us by completing this survey about school return during COVID. The survey is anonymous and is open to any Mississippi family that has a school-age child.
The first page of the survey asks about school return during COVID. The second page asks some questions about you and your child. We ask the questions on the second page to learn if all families, not just some groups of families, get the support that they need.
We will share the survey results with you, school districts, and other people and groups who are involved with Families as Allies.
Families who complete the survey are eligible to receive a $15 Walmart gift card. Gift cards are limited to one per household. You can take the survey here. The survey closes at the end of the day on July 31st.
