Last week we shared with you that we developed a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for our website based on our most frequent calls and questions. We asked you to take a look at the list and let us know on this anonymous survey if any questions should be added or changed.
We appreciate the feedback you gave us! You asked for more information about bullying at school and who to ask for when you call Families as Allies. We will add those questions, but want to go ahead and answer who to ask for when you call us. The answer is that you can talk to whoever answers the phone when you call Families as Allies. We are all trained to respond to your questions and the most common reason why families call (usually school issues). Even if you have been told to call and ask for a particular person, please know that whoever answers the phone can likely help you with your question.
There is still time to tell us what you think about our proposed FAQs (listed below) for our website by responding to this anonymous survey. You can also call us at 601-355-0915 or email us at info@faams.org. Note that we haven’t included the answers yet. First, we want to make sure we have the questions that are most important and helpful to you.
